Day Three
Another beautiful day - Clear, 68-73F E winds 5mph - each day was getting warmer. I arrived at Magee Boardwalk about 7:15am.
I then made a quick stop at Howard Marsh were I met up with friends from the Anne Arundel Bird Club, Deb and Maura. We stayed long enough to see a female Yellow-headed Blackbird. I remember seeing them here last year - always a hit with the crowd.
We then went to Magee boardwalk for a bit, total species count for the boardwalk was 43. I called it a day a little after 5:00pm, after 11 hours birding. It’s hard to stop, don’t want to miss anything, but I was exhausted.
