Day Two
In the morning I birded in the front and back of the house. I saw a couple of birds I’m familiar with - Yellow Warbler and a Baltimore Oriole, then added a couple more new birds to my list - Great Kiskadee and Social Flycatcher.
We then headed into Atenas and birded at a couple of the town parks. I saw more new birds including one of my favorites (on the trip) - the Rufous-napped Wren. The pair ofGreat-tailed Grackles seemed to have a taste for cigarette butts.
