Day Two
In the morning I birded in the front and back of the house. I saw a couple of birds I’m familiar with - yellow warbler and a baltimore oriole, then added a couple more new birds to my list - great kiskadee and social flycatcher.
We then headed into Atenas and birded at a couple of the town parks. I saw more new birds including one of my favorites - the rufous-napped wren. The pair of great-tailed grackles seemed to have a taste for cigarette butts.
