10 April (approximately 22 days old) - I went by to check on the nest. I got concerned because I did not see the owlet, nor the mother. Not being very familiar with this nest I was not sure if the owlet could be tucked down and not visible. The nest did not look very deep. I then noticed there was someone on the structure working. I went to check the situation and spoke to another worker. I asked if there was an owl in the nest. The worker on the structure was above the nest and took this picture and video to show there was in fact an owlet in the nest. He was working in that area for a very short time.
