It is estimated that we loose 1 billion birds to window strikes and half of those are private homes. I have experienced this myself more than once. It is very sad to witness. I have put Bird's Eye View decals on my windows. These decals have been field tested and are easy to place on the windows (non-adhesive). There are a number of solutions, both do-it-yourself and commercial products.
