Snowy Egret & Great Egret

This is the species list for our 5 hour visit to Forsythe.
Our final birding spot of the day was a visit to the Cape May Point hawk watch. Rather than watch the flyovers we spent almost an hour watching Golden-crowned Kinglets feeding in the Juniper trees near the entrance of the Blue/Yellow trail. Those of us with cameras were especially thrilled. You don’t usually get an opportunity like this to get pictures of them. We also saw a Pine Warbler who stopped in the feed.
