25 April - (approx. 42 days old) - They were not as active today. The area were the nest is located is next to a lake. The wind coming off the water makes the area colder than the listed temps, and I suspect the wind is higher as well. None the less, in the afternoon the sun was slightly warmer shinning on the nest. This caused the owlets to pant.
