After a day at Forsythe some of us went back to the Hawkwatch at Cape May Point. We were treated by the sighting of 10 Black-crowned Night Herons. They came out of the grasses on Bunker Pond. I didn’t get a picture of all 10 out at once.

Black-crowned Night Herons

After another long day of birding it was time to head to the hotel and gather for dinner. Most of the group had plans to leave the next day.
